- Consult from your dentist should be made before purchasing grills.
- It is not recommended to eat or smoke while wearing grills.
- Clean grills after each wear and store in a clean, dry place.
- To clean grills: brush with a toothbrush and toothpaste. Can use a cotton pad and rubbing alcohol every few months.
